Primary Responsibilities <ul> <li>Must exhibit a friendly, professional, and inviting demeanor toward prospective students at all times</li> <li>Maintain a thorough knowledge of programs to ensure the best possible fit for potential students</li> <li>Become completely familiar with the campus as a whole to give knowledgeable tours to prospects</li> <li>Schedule campus visits for prospective students, conduct campus tours, and facilitate registrations</li> <li>Review, verify, and process student enrollment applications and all necessary documents and student credentials required for enrollment</li> <li>Conduct outbound and inbound telephone calls, texts, and emails; responding timely to all inquiries regarding academic programs and resources</li> <li>Provides advice to students and their families regarding admissions and/or records and registration process and eligibility</li> <li>Maintain in-person and Zoom appointments, take walk-ins when needed, and give tours in person and or virtually if required</li> <li>Document all necessary data in transcript per prescribed departmental policies; resolve data discrepancies</li> <li>Establish and maintain open communication channels between the students and the Admissions Department</li> <li>Educate prospects on college policies such as attendance, dress code, and conduct</li> <li>Keep applicants notified of their admissions status, including information on required documents to complete their file and date of orientation</li> <li>Attend all Admissions meetings</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> Benefits: Health insurance Dental Vision Life insurance Generous PTO policy Personal days Paid holidays Birthday holiday Bereavement Volunteer day Educational Assistance Program 401k Retirement Plan 401k match Discounted gym membership Free monthly services Community service benefit Who We Are: Community HigherEd Institute is Oklahoma’s only private non-profit technical college system based in Tulsa, Oklahoma that is dedicated to improving the lives of aspiring professionals through each of its three campuses, Community Care College, Clary Sage College, and Oklahoma Technical College.
