<h2>Job Overview</h2> Responsible for programming, preparation, operation, welding, and welding operations on machine to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction. <h2>A Day In The Life</h2> Operators will be required to set up, adjust machines, and equipment to produce an acceptable quality product. Perform all position welding on a diversified line of standard weldments and structures in accordance with code certifications, alignments, dimensional and general inspection requirements. This position requires welding of steel products and familiarity with MIG welding process. Will receive instructions, prints, and route sheets for the job. Will organize and plan operational duties for the shift he/she is assigned. Will be required to set-up, operate, program, and trouble shoot Robot Systems (material handling, drilling, and welding) of other robotics pieces of equipment in the welding process to achieve acceptable levels in productivity, and quality. Perform all required quality tests, certifications, and production checks as required by Quality Assurance or his/her supervisor. Measures devices and gauges to determine thickness and size of metal. Operators will continually visually inspect product, record production as required, report/record scrap, and other various duties or rework as assigned. Operators will be required to make routine equipment adjustments to ensure the process is always efficient and welding to company standards. Will be required to manually repair, or hand weld some products that are below standard, due to tolerance variables during the Robotic operations. Perform daily upkeep and routine maintenance, keeping equipment and production area in good working order. Role Description: This position is in the Market Risk team for a risk manager to cover the GFX&amp;LCT trading desk. In addition to providing independent oversight of the market risks taken by the business, the market risk manager will assess a broad spectrum of risks for the desk, liaising with other risk functions as necessary, including operational, credit, and counterparty risks. This role requires close interaction with the trading desk and other risk and support groups (i.e. Finance, Quants, Technology, etc.). Product knowledge and quantitative skills are necessary. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Review market risk positions, particularly under potential risk scenarios, and raise challenges to the desk if necessary. Liaise closely with the businesses to understand market trends and to report exposure under different market conditions.</li> <li>Propose to senior management appropriate market risk limits for the trading desk within the firm's risk appetite.</li> <li>Help enhance the firm's risk management capabilities.</li> <li>Review risks related to non-standard or structured trades and new products.
