What You’ll Do:
- Lead onboarding and early adoption for clinicians using Psynth
- Build deep trust as a clinical peer not just a support contact
- Translate front-line experience into actionable product insights and strategic direction
- Help structure and evolve the report format, prompt system, and user logic
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and growth
- Shape how Psynth earns and keeps credibility with practicing psychologists

What We’re Looking For:
- PhD or PsyD in psychology required
- Experience in psychological assessment and patient care
- Trusted by peers and confident guiding licensed clinicians
- Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
- Interested in product thinking, clinical UX, and systemic improvement
- Energized by ambiguity, ownership, and building from zero
What Would Be Extra Awesome:
- Experience designing or optimizing clinical workflows or onboarding processes
- Background in UX, behavior science, digital health, or prompt design
- Experience mentoring, supervising, or enabling clinicians
- Clear writing, insight synthesis, and product feedback skills
- A desire to leave the field better than you found it
