Position Overview International has an exciting opportunity for a Production Maintenance Supervisor for our Weekend shift Maintenance Team. The Production Maintenance Supervisor will be the primary resource for Maintenance and Repair work for the weekend. This position will oversee various disciplines within the facility and maintenance team to ensure safety standards are met, maximum uptime on production equipment is achieved, initiates and audits preventative maintenance program offering solutions for long term gains and manages and trains the work force to develop the team sustainably. MAJOR DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul> <li>Practices implementation of Operation Zero and all Manhattan safety policies</li> <li>All qualities/ responsibilities of a Project Manager 1, plus:</li> <li>Manages Conflict Resolution Process with Owners</li> <li>Manages Change Order Negotiations with Subcontractors</li> <li>Prepares and submits Change Order Requests and completes negotiations for changes.</li> <li>Settles disputes and back changes.</li> <li>Serve as Client - Project Management Point of Contact</li> <li>Develops and Leads Pre-Con Meetings</li> <li>Responsible for Project Closeout</li> <li>Reviews and approves subcontractor and vendor pay applications, invoices, and payables for accuracy</li> <li>Prepare Labor Analysis/labor projections and manage job costs.</li> <li>Manages the process of preparation of the Project Execution Plan</li> <li>Manages preparation and issuing of Subcontractor Information/ Welcome Package Lead Owner/ Architect Meetings</li> <li>Assign Project Team Responsibilities</li> <li>Organize and Lead Trade Contractor Meetings</li> <li>Lead Owner/ Architect/ Contractor Meetings</li> <li>Manage Process of Master Schedule/Oversee Updates</li> <li>Prepares Final PSR and presents the report in a Project Close-Out meeting. </li> <li>Lead Project Execution Planning Process</li> <li>Identifies and manages risk proactively to mitigate Project Risk</li> <li>Leads Safety Management Teams on Projects</li> <li>Responsible for conducting themselves in accordance with our Guiding Principles and exhibiting attributes matching the Way We Work.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul>
