The Area Director of Operations is responsible for coordinating activities of resident care, sales, maintenance, activities and dining services departments. Additionally, the position will support the Regional Director of Operations and the Residence Directors by providing training, education and strategic coaching for each community. The Area Director of Operations we select must have demonstrated success in a leadership role including exceeding financial and operational goals.
