The Business Unit Delivery Team leverages technical programs, platforms, and engineering to help Coinbase scale. What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties): <ul> <li> Design and Execute Programs - Build and run detailed programs to drive continuous process improvements, platform enhancements, and large-scale engineering efforts. Ensure appropriate metrics are available to measure program impact.</li> <li> Coordinate Delivery Across Teams - Support initiative delivery by collaborating across internal teams to manage prioritization, dependencies, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment. Develop and iterate on transparent communication mechanisms.</li> <li> Partner with Product and Engineering - Translate internal and external problems into business requirements.
