Region: Northeast Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Be the subject matter expert when it comes to how Local Government leverage Salesforce Marketing solutions within their enterprise</li> <li>Empower and enable the broader Account team you’ll work with on all Salesforce Marketing technology</li> <li>Collaborate with Account and Territory team to identify target accounts</li> <li>Create and drive revenue within a specified region and/or list of named accounts</li> <li>Generate business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting in to current Salesforce customers</li> <li>Own the sales cycle for the entire Salesforce Marketing technology stack - including lead generation, deal strategy, pricing and packaging, and assistance with deal closure</li> <li>Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas</li> <li>Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, etc.</li> <li>Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting</li> <li>Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention</li> <li>Be a team player</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>10+ years of full cycle Enterprise software or technology sales experience</li> <li>Experience selling Marketing technology a plus</li> <li>Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. About the Role Heyday Skincare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director-level marketer to lead our ambitious marketing initiatives at Heyday. As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be instrumental in driving our revenue growth strategies through direct response advertising and customer acquisition initiatives. Drive best-in-class channel specific content learnings.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with other departments such as operations, training, and customer service to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.</li> <li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and maintain Heyday's competitive edge.</li> <li>​​Your role will involve a combination of strategic leadership and executional excellence</li> </ul> The Ideal Candidate <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. MBA is a plus!</li> <li>10+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving significant customer acquisition and revenue growth in a consumer-focused company. Experience in tech, DTC, subscription services, skincare/beauty industries is a plus.
