What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties): <ul> <li>Own the end to end hardware lifecycle and associated system(s)</li> <li>Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables</li> <li>Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for technology teams, with a strong understanding of the ecosystem, tools and use cases</li> <li>Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments and process modeling to support system enhancements and operational improvements</li> <li>Manage vendors and customers, acting as an SME in asset management with demonstrated expertise in project management</li> <li>Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to develop technical specifications and system solutions for the ITAM program</li> <li>Contribute to all ITP initiatives; que management, software, hardware, systems and performance monitoring, with minimal oversight and measurable outputs</li> <li>Facilitate decision-making by presenting trade-offs and technical/non-technical implications clearly</li> <li>Collaborate with technical teams to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient system architectures.</li> </ul> What we look for in you (ie. job requirements): <ul> <li>Comfortable working with engineering, product, QA, design, vendors and business teams</li> <li>Experience with data analysis and KPIs to measure program success and set targets for improvement</li> <li>Ability to deliver under pressure and reprioritize effectively with minimal supervision</li> <li>System administration experience, specific to Procure to Pay or Asset Management</li> <li>Experience in a procurement, program management, or vendor management role</li> <li>Ability to identify and articulate requirements from a technical and business perspective</li> <li>Demonstrated success with data analytics and reporting at an enterprise level</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Ability to deliver in a fast paced, ambiguous environment </li> <li>Possess a strong understanding of compliance and audit specific to procurement and ITAM</li> </ul> Nice to haves: <ul> <li>Experience with Zip</li> <li>Experience with Oomnitza</li> <li>IT or Engineering Program Management experience</li> <li>Global logistics program management </li> <li>Experience negotiating large contracts</li> </ul> ID: P70727 Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below.
