By offering a modern API interface for running eligibility checks, processing claims, and ingesting ERAs, healthcare technology businesses can exchange transactions with payers without dealing with the EDI protocol or carrier-specific connectivity.As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced backend engineer to join our engineering team to build our healthcare APIs and extend existing systems.<h2>How we build</h2><ul> <li>We use AWS exclusively for our customer-facing backend infrastructure. We use tools like GitHub, Stripe, and PagerDuty, but all of our application work happens on AWS. </li> <li>We use serverless technologies almost exclusively: Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, Aurora Serverless, and more.
