What You Will Do:
- Generate and manage purchase orders; confirm delivery timelines and pricing with vendors
- Communicate with suppliers to solve delivery or quality issues and ensure timely shipping
- Track late orders and pull material certifications for internal use
- Maintain accurate pricing records and research cost-saving vendor alternatives
- Support inventory management by receiving, organizing, and auditing materials
- Uphold cleanliness and order using 5S principles in the warehouse
- Perform periodic physical inventory counts
- Collaborate with shop teams to address purchasing and inventory challenges
You'll Know You're a Good Fit for This Position If You Have...
- A high school diploma or equivalent (some relevant experience a plus)
- Strong basic math and computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Great attention to detail and follow-through
- The ability to communicate clearly with both vendors and coworkers
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely work in a warehouse environment
- A mindset for safety, accountability, and problem-solving
