Position Purpose The Platform Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development and execution of our talent platform, from initial planning and design through to launch and continuous improvement. This individual will collaborate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure the platform meets user needs, adheres to industry standards, and scales effectively as the user base grows. With a focus on user experience, the Platform Manager will gather feedback, analyze data, and refine platform features to optimize communication between candidates and companies. They will take ownership of the platform’s success, ensuring its alignment with organizational goals and driving ongoing enhancements post-launch. Position Overview The Platform Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the development, launch, and continuous improvement of our talent platform. This individual will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure the platform delivers an exceptional user experience and meets the strategic goals of the organization. Requirements Core Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead Platform Development: Oversee the full lifecycle of the talent platform, including planning, design, testing, and launch. Ensure that platform development is executed smoothly, on time, and within scope, meeting both technical requirements and user needs.</li> <li>Research &amp; Feature Design: Conduct comprehensive research, gathering input from candidates, companies, and internal stakeholders to identify key features and functionality. Use this feedback to prioritize development efforts and refine the platform’s capabilities.</li> <li>Platform Roadmap &amp; Strategy: Develop and maintain a project roadmap that aligns with organizational goals, market needs, and user feedback.
