What you’ll do: <ul> <li>Chart out an exciting vision for where our Notifications platform is headed, using the best machine learning solutions across the company to build inspirational &amp; timely notifications that continuously motivate users to come back to Pinterest </li> <li>Deeply understand our users, synthesizing qualitative &amp; quantitative data on how they behave, how they respond to different notification experiences, and where the biggest gaps are in meeting their needs</li> <li>Proactively build partnerships with a diverse set of stakeholders across Pinterest, and act as a spokesperson + lead within the Notifications team</li> <li>Build a strong culture of experimentation, rapid learning, and execution within Notifications, ultimately driving Pinterest-level growth and engagement</li> <li>Mentor peer product managers in Growth, building their skills and domain knowledge as they continue to grow their careers in product management</li> </ul> What we’re looking for: <ul> <li>Demonstrated success as a product manager at fast-growing companies </li> <li>Previous experience working on consumer-facing, content relevance products at high scale.
