Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Project Manager manages the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome for assigned projects. The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff. Job Posting End Date06-19-2025Please note the job posting will close on the day before the posting end date.Job Summary The Prin Engineer is responsible to the assigned manager for performing advanced engineering work activities and projects requiring the application of engineering knowledge in a safe, effective, efficient and economic accomplishment of assigned objectives.Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do:<ul> <li>Perform transmission protection and control (P&amp;C) engineering activities for 4kV thru 765KV electrical substation projects.</li> <li>Prepare and/or review P&amp;C engineering settings and designs for electrical substation projects.</li> <li>Prepare and Review Relay Setting Calculation Sheets, Setting Files and other relay setting deliverables for substation projects. </li> <li>Review and prepare project scopes and cost estimates, and participate in project scheduling, resource planning, and cost control for assigned projects.</li> <li>Provide engineering support for project installation, commissioning, checkout and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Provide general P&amp;C technical support, as needed, including the technical interfaces with Telecomm, Operations, Transmission Region Operations, Station Engineering, Transmission Planning and Project Management.</li> <li>Perform area protection studies and develop relay settings for existing and new transmission line protection schemes.</li> <li>Identify, clarify, resolve, and initiate solutions to protection and control problems through analysis of interruption reports and fault recorder records.</li> <li>Perform activities related to NERC P&amp;C standards.</li> </ul>Skills You Need:Technical Expertise:<ul><li>Exhibits advanced level proficiency plus advanced knowledge of a specialized technical area that enables the engineer to serve as a resource for the company in an area such as system production, underground systems, extensive control systems, thermo-hydraulic control systems, distribution standards, fossil or nuclear plant operations, etc.</li></ul>Leadership &amp;
