What you can expect

Zoom is hiring a Solution Engineering Manager for its Contact Center CSE organization. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with great CCaaS experience to grow and scale the Americas Commercial and Vertical Customer Experience CSE teams. Responsibilities include leading a team of Consulting Solutions Engineers, fostering a culture of trust and improvement, and overseeing recruitment and onboarding. The role involves partnering with Sales Leaders on strategy, coverage models, and execution. You will also collaborate with SE leaders to implement a successful regional specialist SE strategy.

About the Team

Zoom is expanding its global Contact Center Solution Engineering team. We are seeking individuals with a passion for customer success, team building, and Contact Center technology. Consulting Solution Engineers act as experts in Zoom’s Contact Center solutions, leading the technical side of the CX sales cycle in partnership with sales teams. The role supports customers in enhancing their contact centers while contributing to the growth of Zoom’s next billion-dollar business.

What we’re looking for

  • 7+ years experience in Solution Engineering within Customer Experience (CX), CCaaS, or cloud delivered communications technologies.
  • 2+ years leading a technical pre-sales organization.
  • Have proven ability to engage, retain and develop a high performing team.
  • Have experience with Healthcare, Higher Education and Government industries.
  • Bias for leading from the front and digging in alongside your team.
  • Have experience working with customers to drive business outcomes and address complex solution requirements.
  • Understand multi-vendor solution architectures; both on-premises and cloud.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present to customers and key decision makers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate closely with customers and internal management, sales representatives, and product teams
  • Have the ability to discuss Business Objectives, Business Outcomes, TCO and Return on Investment with customers

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$146 000,00

Maximum:

$319 400,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
