FC Tulsa is looking for a Web & CRM Specialist who will oversee digital user experiences and manage email marketing across our ecosystem. You’ll maintain and update the club’s websites and build digital assets including landing pages, partner promotions, and content hubs. Additionally, you'll own CRM email marketing across all entities, executing strategic lifecycle communications from ticket sales to youth programming. This position requires a positive attitude, a growth mindset, a fast-paced work ethic, and a willingness to adapt and grow with the club.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and update websites for entities for all FC Tulsa entities.
- Build mobile-responsive landing pages for marketing and partner campaigns.
- Execute newsletters, e-commerce offers, and event notifications.
- Develop and optimize lifecycle and transactional email automations.
- Maintain email and customer databases, ensuring data cleanliness and compliance.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate monthly reports with insights.
**Qualifications:**
- 2–4 years experience in web content or email/CRM marketing.
- Familiarity with WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Strong HTML/CSS fundamentals and a keen eye for design and UX.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
- Experience with SMS marketing a plus.
