Job Description

The Wealth Product Manager II will be responsible for taking new conceptual products from requirements gathering to completion by acting as a liaison between internal and external business partners. This role will work with the Senior Product Manager to establish the overall strategy and roadmap for wealth products and will be responsible for managing projects that increase revenue, enhance efficiency, and expand customer relationships.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You will lead a team, manage work priorities and schedules, provide training and mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and participate in hiring processes.
• You will collaborate with UX/UI design teams, IT, and management to create user-friendly tools and applications, while also providing on-demand reporting and project updates to wealth management executives.
• You will engage in the Agile scrum process to ensure wealth products are implemented accurately and surpass industry standards.
• You will collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to create and implement the wealth product roadmap using industry research and consumer insights.
• You will manage intricate vendor relationships by engaging with vendors regularly.
• You will evaluate the behavior and adoption rates of both consumers and employees for current wealth applications.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and 5-7 years’ experience in product management or 8-11 years’ equivalent work experience.
