We are seeking several financial representatives who assists individuals managing their financial affairs. Their primary role is to provide expert advice and guidance regarding various financial matters to help clients achieve their financial goals. We are looking to hire 10 highly talented individuals to join our Team as Financial Advisors.
Financial Representatives at Northwestern Mutual - NYC help their clients live more and worry less through our personalized approach to financial planning. During the selection process you will meet with the Managing Director, Associate Managing Director, and District Director of Development Officer.

As a Northwestern Mutual Financial Representative:
1. Build—Work to build a client base by growing relationships with your network and developing knowledge of NM financial products and market trends.
2. Educate—Educate yourself beyond training through sponsored licensing and registration and ongoing development. Use assistive software, reporting tools, and illustrations to educate clients on potential plans.
3. Influence— Your expertise is a powerful tool. By presenting clients with the opportunity to protect and prosper, you can drive them to action through your expert influence and recommendations.
4. Own—As you master your craft and build a team, take ownership of the development and management of the business. Review and maintain client financial plans, providing optimum advice for your clients’ needs.

Compensation & Benefits
*Commission -1099 role*- (Similar to owning a business, which is based on revenue generated. This is NOT a salary position) there is a generous stipend program investment for 6 month to launch your practice
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
- Income range (Similar to owning a business, which is based on revenue generated. This is NOT a salary position)
- Potential Earnings:
(1-4 Years) $92,597 - $152,711/annually 5+yrs $740,000-$1,686,307/annually
