The People & Culture (HR) team is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented VP of Total Rewards to join our strong and collaborative leadership team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering innovative compensation and benefits solutions that align with our global business goals. You’ll bring a deep curiosity for market trends and best practices, using data-driven insights to shape strategies that attract, engage, and retain talent. The VP, Total Rewards will provide oversight and leadership to the Compensation & Commissions Management, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Operations/HRIS teams to align rewards strategies, processes, and operations with business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, develop, and implement innovative total rewards and recognition strategies as a key member of the People and Culture Senior Leadership Team, driving an unparalleled employee experience.

• Leverage the expertise of a high-caliber team, including the Compensation & Sales Operations Manager, Director of Benefits, Director of HRIS, and Payroll Manager, while strategically utilizing data analytics to evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of total rewards programs.

• Drive employee satisfaction and retention through educational initiatives and strategic communication to our company that promote the effectiveness of rewards programs.

• Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, including as a member of the Global Management Team, influencing key decisions and driving organizational success.

• Develop and mentor a high-performing team, guiding others to recognize and

appreciate the importance of taking on greater responsibilities.

• Partner with cross-functional teams within the global People and Culture team, including HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Development teams, to build processes and systems that attract, retain, and develop current and future employees.

• Collaborate with peers across the organization to develop compensation strategies and plans that align with business results. Strategic alignment with sales leaders and other client-focused roles will be crucial for success.

• Act as the company's subject matter expert in all compensation areas, including a high degree of knowledge and experience in benefits and HRIS.

• Demonstrate a strong results orientation with exceptional project management and organizational skills, effectively managing multiple priorities and translating business strategies into actionable people strategies.

• Proactively monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance and ensure the competitiveness of total rewards programs.

• Promote effective internal communication, employee satisfaction, ensure compliance with legal and company code of conduct, maintain safety and security, and support effective labor relations processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Extensive expertise across multiple Total Rewards disciplines, including Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS, supporting both employee and business initiatives, typically acquired through over 15 years of directly related experience.

• Proven expertise in designing, analyzing, and administering sales commission plans.

• Experience in additional People and Culture disciplines, such as HRBP and Talent

Acquisition, is a plus.

• Innovative and strategic thinker in the design and implementation of total rewards solutions.

• Proven ability to articulate a clear vision and lead the organization and Total Rewards team.

• Established experience in influencing significant change and making decisions critical to overall business success.

• Demonstrated proficiency in managing the financial aspects of compensation, benefits, and HRIS, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning.

• Global success in previous roles spanning North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

• Proven leadership in identifying individual strengths, weaknesses, and potential,

understanding the skills necessary for specific roles, and excelling in hiring top

performers.

• Consistently upholds strong values, communicates transparently, and maintains

confidentiality while being truthful and direct.

• Business experience in the Tech/SaaS industry is preferred.

• Experience interacting with the organization’s Board of Directors is a plus.
