Ready to be a Titan?

Are you ready to shape the future of financial technology at ServiceTitan? As our General Manager / VP of Product, Fintech, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build, scale, and lead the Fintech division, transforming access to financial services in the trades. You’ll own product strategy, P&L, partnerships, and efficient operations for this critical and fast-growing business line. This role puts you at the forefront of innovation, helping trade professionals thrive with modern financial tools.

From day one, you’ll have the autonomy, resources, and executive support to make bold, impactful decisions. Your goal? Develop and deliver a suite of financial products—including Money-in solutions like payments, financing, as well as Money-Out solutions like Payables, Business and Fuel Cards and likely payroll solutions—to empower our customers, streamline their operations, and drive revenue growth. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development and Sales to integrate Fintech solutions that align with ServiceTitan’s mission to empower the trades. For the right candidate, this role could encompass go-to-market and customer success functions as well.

This role offers the best of both worlds: strategic vision-setting and hands-on execution. Your success will amplify ServiceTitan’s growth, ensuring every tradesperson has access to financial tools that enhance cash flow, credit, and long-term stability.

What you'll do:

Business and Product Strategy

  • Drive the evolution from checks to digital payments, integrating modern payment methods like Tap to Pay and Pay by Bank.

  • Lead the development of money outflow products, including strategic decisions on build, buy, and partner approaches.

Product Development

  • Lead product teams in creating exceptional payments and embedded finance solutions that deliver tremendous customer value and drive engagement.

Partner Management

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, from gateways to issuing banks, collaborating to align strategies and deliver on mutual goals.

Program Growth and Performance

  • Drive customer acquisition and transaction volume, while boosting adoption of new money-out products.

  • Analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement plans to achieve program goals.

Marketing and Promotion

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to increase engagement, plan annual and quarterly budgets, and identify new product opportunities.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Work with Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and implement risk management strategies to protect financial health.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Report portfolio performance, provide insights to the executive team, and conduct data analyses to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Compliance, and Finance to support Fintech program success.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience leading fintech products in high-growth, SaaS and technology-driven environments. Keen eye for design and ease of use for enterprise software products.

  • 5+ years of experience with merchant acquisition, developing and operating credit card and other digital payment experiences at high volumes on-site and online. Familiarity with nuances and intricacies of gateways, processors and various pricing structures involved.

  • Demonstrated success in managing large business units, overseeing P&L, and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong communication and influence skills, with experience orchestrating initiatives across partners, cross-functional teams, and executive leadership.

  • Background in collaborating with product and engineering on technical solutions.

  • Strategic vision paired with a strong ability to execute and navigate ambiguity.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, internally and externally.

  • A passion for the trades and commitment to ServiceTitan’s mission to empower customers.

  • An MBA or advanced management/technical degree from a top program is a plus.

This high-impact role offers the chance to make a tangible difference in an industry ripe for transformation. If you’re ready to lead with vision, create with purpose, and drive growth, this is the opportunity for you.
