Job Description

The Treasury Cash Management Consultant (CMC) is responsible for delivering virtual treasury solutions as a liaison to manage clients’ liquidity, cash flow, and financial risk. Oversees the entire sales process, from initial contact to onboarding, training, and support. They ensure sales and client satisfaction by collaborating with various banking teams, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and using virtual channels for engagement.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will work with banking teams to promote cash management solutions through virtual channels.
  • You will enhance bankers’ treasury knowledge and sales performance via virtual presentations.
  • You will collaborate with various departments to support client onboarding and service.
  • You will conduct sales presentations to highlight bank offerings and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • You will manage new service implementations, ensure accurate billing, and resolve client issues.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years’ experience in treasury or cash management product sales or equivalent related experience with banking experience.

  • Understanding of banking and treasury products and sales techniques to drive client satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to effectively with different departments and promote cash management solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective information exchange.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to develop and implement effective sales strategies and optimize cash management solutions.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Proficient in using various software applications and tools to support sales, client management, and reporting activities.
