The TransFund ATM Support Analyst is primarily responsible for directing and providing services relating to ATMs for all TransFund clients. This includes providing consultation for new client set-up through activation on the network and ongoing support for existing clients.
Job Description
The TransFund ATM Support Analyst will play a key role in providing technical support for ATM operations, ensuring optimal functionality, and resolving issues promptly. The ATM Support Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams, vendors, and operations staff, to maintain high levels of ATM performance and customer satisfaction.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will provide both technical and operational support for clients with a high level of customer service, provide assistance with network improvements through product development, systems enhancements, training materials and customer documentation and looks for opportunities to provide an enhanced experience for the customer by offering upgrades and additional services where applicable.
- You will determine client needs, establish objectives, determine resource requirements, coordinate and conduct new client ATM conversions to TransFund by managing the projects to completion in conjunction with the Card Services PM, coordinate with client, ATM vendor, switch processor(s) and telecom providers to ensure smooth conversion of ATMs.
- You will prepare and ship packages with peripheral ATM equipment (Routers, settlement cards, etc.) out to clients and maintain inventory of items, perform data entry of new ATM information and update to existing ATMs in internal ATM database to ensure all records are up to date. You will report on outstanding project requests and follows up with clients to bring projects to completion.
- You will direct and provide client support, including operational and technical problem troubleshooting and research requests, plan and coordinate on-going client ATM installations and upgrades by managing the projects to successful completion.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, proven experience as an ATM Solution Analyst or in a similar role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of ATM hardware, software, and network configurations.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and providing clear instructions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
- Knowledge of banking industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong knowledge of ATM devices, network platforms and supporting systems
- Good interpersonal skills, and exceptional customer service abilities
- Ability to work well with others and contribute to team goals and expectations
- Ability to manage clients and communicate effectively to all levels regardless of end user technical aptitude or company position
- Good project planning/management skills, with ability to coordinate many activities with multiple priorities
- Strong MS Office skills with an emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
