About the team
Stripe's Global Sales Team is at the forefront of driving revenue and growth. As trusted business partners, our goal is to help users understand Stripe products and integrate them with ease so they can concentrate on what's most important to them: their business. We're known for our product expertise, rigorous thinking, and user-first approach to problem solving. Within Stripe, Sales proudly serves as a critical source of user feedback and market intelligence, with direct influence on Stripe’s product roadmap and growth strategy.
The Global Sales Enablement Team is responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to enable our sales teams on productivity and efficiency changes. In addition, the team needs to build, execute and land a series of large scale change management initiatives focused on pricing, productivity and sales efficiency.
What you’ll do
As an Enablement Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enablement initiatives for our internal processes and sales tools, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring seamless adoption. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading global enablement initiatives, have a strong operational background and can effectively partner with Engineering and Operational Leaders to drive enterprise transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Own the global tools and process enablement strategy including preparing for new tooling and processes launches, reinforcement and ongoing hygiene
- Create tools and process enablement materials
- Advise on the calendar of launches, in relation to other company-wide programs
- Partner with subject matter experts to produce digestible, sales-ready enablement materials
- Advise and help write seller communications
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute a feedback loop, ensuring ongoing feedback and improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executives to align change management initiatives with business goals and performance strategies
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

- A strong track record of delivering global transformational, complex programs in a changing, ambiguous environment which have delivered quantifiable business impact

- You demonstrate leadership qualities throughout your work – taking ownership of challenges, selflessly supporting your colleagues, and setting the standard for quality in your deliverables
- An ability to seamlessly transition from strategy, high level to very detailed, and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves”
- Extensive experience leading global sales enablement initiatives
- Strong operational rigor with experience working with Engineering and Sales Operations Leaders
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Executive Leaders and subject matter experts
- Extraordinary communication skills and executive presence
- A strong operational background with a track record of making data driven decisions
- Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment and can balance setting strategic priorities with high-quality, tactical execution
- A high threshold for navigating ambiguity and building effective solutions that scale
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with internal tooling and Engineering teams
- Strong project management experience
This role is available either in an office or a remote location (typically, 35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).
Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.
A remote location, in most cases, is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently or plan to live.
The annual US base salary range for this role is $174,500 - $261,800. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
