We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Solutions Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our technical services team. The Technical Solutions Analyst will work hands-on with HTML/CSS to design and modify layouts for our clients, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion of tasks. They will also work to resolve problems in our system and troubleshoot issues that are escalated to the team. This position demands strong learning skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on Development: Actively work on tickets alongside your team.

  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of the team's work, ensuring all deliverables meet our standards and client expectations.

  • Performance Reporting: Report weekly metrics to the Associate Manager of Technical Solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance team performance.

  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages learning, growth, and mutual support among team members.

  • Communication: Maintain clear and honest communication with management and team members, addressing issues and concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: At least 4+ years of experience and a strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and 1+ years of experience in a Technical Support Role.

  • Analytical Skills: Experience in building and presenting reports/layouts for clients.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

  • Adaptability: Willingness to embrace change and continuously learn new skills.

  • High-Performance Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Core Values Alignment: Clear understanding and commitment to our Company's Core Values.

  • Preferred Knowledge: Experience with Aspire or FieldRoutes, and familiarity with Dev Express, C#, and SQL are highly desirable.

Where You’ll Work:

Employees for this position will have a hybrid work model with 4 days in the office in Plano, TX and 1 day remote each week.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $54,000 USD - $78,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
