Job Description:

ARLP is embarking on a financial transformation to the Oracle Fusion Cloud, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join us on this journey. This is an opportunity to join one of Tulsa’s premier energy companies and make an immediate impact. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Analyst who is well-versed in the Oracle Fusion application environment. This includes expertise in integrations, reporting tools, personalizations, customizations, extensions, security, and workflows. The successful candidate should also possess functional knowledge of business processes in areas such as Financials, Projects, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. In this role, the technical analyst will be instrumental in designing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across various functional domains.

Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual.

Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Design, develop, and test customizations, interfaces, and extensions for Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Ensure the technical solutions align with Oracle Fusion best practices.

• Provide expertise in data migration, integrations, and reporting within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with business partners when necessary.

• Stay current with Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and enhancements on an ongoing basis.

• Provide support for User Acceptance Testing, ensuring end-user participation and feedback.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems or similar field.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

• Strong understanding of at least one functional area (Financials, Projects, Manufacturing, Supply Chain).

• Previous experience with Oracle Fusion data structures, security, and workflows.

• Experience with full software development life cycle – requirements, map/gap, design, build, development, testing, training, cut-over and support of Oracle cloud applications.

• Experience presenting functional and technical solutions to business stakeholders and managing delivery expectations.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.

• Experience with GRC and audit-related tools and processes is a plus.

• Experience with data warehouse tools and applications is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment

• May require some travel within the Alliance family of companies

• Ability to sit at a desk and work at a computer for prolonged periods of time

• Full-time onsite role based in Tulsa, Oklahoma
