DiscretionarySummary
As a Salesforce Admin, you will leverage Salesforce's low-code capabilities to address business challenges and implement effective solutions. Working with a cross-functional team, you will help manage a strategic backlog and deliver high-quality software for a $47 billion bank.
Job Description
You will work on a scrum team of highly talented IT professionals whose primary focus is roadmap work on the Salesforce platform. We have 1800+ users on the Salesforce platform, which is used by our bankers primarily for Sales Enablement (prospecting, client relationships) and Loan Origination (Deals, Underwriting, Portfolio Maintenance using nCino). You will work closely with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts to curate a product backlog; other scrum teams in our Nexus (scaled agile model) to drive new feature build-out; an Operations team providing superior user support; and IT professionals across the bank to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience working in the platform. This is an exciting time as we are growing our platform capabilities and services through our strategic technology roadmap. Without the contributions of our Salesforce Admins, we would not be able to deliver value-adding services and products to our customers.
Team Culture
Our mission is to empower our company, teammates and customers through the delivery of resilient and customer-centric technology. We achieve this by leveraging our expertise in technology and deep understanding of our business units.
Above all, our team values continuous learning and growth. We are a humble and welcoming group that is open to change, values collaboration, and enjoys a good dose of humor along the way. We are results-oriented, and use lean, DevOps, and agile principles to guide our work. We are committed to creating a diverse and sustainable environment where team members can be curious and grow their careers, all while delivering fabulous business outcomes.
How You'll Spend Your Time
• You will help product owners break down potential features by leading or participating in user story mapping sessions.
• You will flesh out details on stories to capture important snapshots of the conversation and get them ready to bring to team refinement sessions.
• You will ensure that Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Quality Engineers have a shared understanding of business need.
• You will use Salesforce Admin skills to deliver stories that are low-code/no-code in nature.
• You will work directly with developers to confirm assumptions and test code to provide fast feedback.
• You will stay up to date on Salesforce and nCino releases, features, and best practices.
• You will learn and apply lean and agile principles to continuously improve our understanding, our products, and our team.
