Location: Remote (Must be based in OK, TX, GA, AR, FL, or VA)
Position: System Engineer

Inceed is partnering with a great company to find a skilled System Engineer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including setting up and managing network infrastructure, ensuring security and compliance, and contributing to key technology transformations.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and maintain infrastructure systems (servers, storage, network equipment).
• Perform routine system maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensure optimal performance.
• Install and configure OS, software, and security patches.
• Manage Active Directory (AD), user permissions, and identity management.
• Assist in backup, disaster recovery, and security policy implementation.
• Provide technical support to end-users and assist with compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years in enterprise system design, implementation, and support.
• 5+ years experience with Windows Server Systems (AD, Group Policy).
• Strong knowledge of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and security practices.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 products, including Admin Centers, Entra ID, and SSO.
• Proficient in scripting (Python, Powershell, Bash).

Nice to Have:

• AWS certifications, containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker), CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Experience in a PCI-compliant environment.
