Job Profile Summary
Supervise employees engaged in Scheduling ONEOK’s Crude Oil pipelines and facilities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Supervise, train and direct employees performing Scheduling functions
Interact with customers, other internal teams and other pipeline companies concerning nominations, allocations, billing, imbalances, daily flow and/or operational orders
Coordinate the review, scheduling, monitoring and revision of nominations with customers and confirmations with other pipeline companies
Coordinate and implement pipeline allocation processes as required
Coordinate the development and implementation of product movements
Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate completion of the end-of-month closing process
Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding system utilization, volumes, inventories, etc.

Compile, review and/or analyze information or reports including but not limited to:
Allocations
Nominations and confirmations
Flow rates/capacity issues
Power optimization initiatives
Measurement discrepancies
Storage balances and customer inventory positions
Tickets
End-of-month closing processes
Collaborate with other internal departments and stakeholders on analysis, review, development and implementation of future projects
Develop, maintain and/or improve relationships with customers and other internal stakeholders

Provide front-line leadership for Scheduling professionals
Cultivate a team culture consistent with ONEOK’s and the Crude Oil Commercial Team’s values, including Excellence, Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Communicates job and performance expectations
Daily employee development, training and engagement
Develop departmental procedures, desk documentation and working norms
Develop coverage methods to ensure service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, included during emergencies
Manage employee hiring processes in collaboration with Human Resources
In collaboration with Human Resources, investigate complaints or performance concerns and implement corrective action as needed
Education
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job-related knowledge or experience required. Engineering, accounting, finance or another similar technical discipline preferred but not required
Work Experience
Experience training, directing, and/or supervising employees

Experience composing and preparing reports for customers, other internal departments, management, etc.
