Overview
Responsible for maintaining and managing the ILI run schedule, this role balances scheduling (60%) and reporting/analytics (40%) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be confident in making timely scheduling decisions, proactive in communicating capacity constraints, and skilled in analyzing and reporting data to inform business decisions. This role also supports escalation management, stakeholder communication, and the development of insightful reports using a variety of tools.
Key Responsibilities
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Maintain and manage the ILI run schedule, including making real-time updates and adjustments to support business needs
Make confident, sound scheduling decisions under pressure and communicate clearly with impacted stakeholders
Identify and communicate capacity constraints and conflicts, bringing awareness to key stakeholders in a timely manner
Facilitate and lead escalation calls, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and resolution
Report out on schedule changes, capacity issues, and business impact to leadership and cross-functional teams
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and D365
Analyze complex data sets to create reports that drive business value and operational improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and planning teams to ensure alignment
Continuously improve scheduling and reporting processes by leveraging data, tools, and feedback

Experience
Experience in scheduling or operations planning, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong background in reporting and analytics using Excel and Power BI
Experience working with Salesforce and D365 preferred
Knowledge of SQL is a plus
Experience facilitating meetings or escalation calls with cross-functional teams
Business analysis or related field experience, gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting data analysis, and developing business cases
Demonstrated experience in process modeling, reengineering, and improvement initiatives, including the use of process modeling tools and techniques
Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and creating visual representations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel; experience with data modeling and querying using SQL or similar languages
Proven experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management, business users, and technical teams; ability to facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations
Experience in leading or mentoring junior business analysts or cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
Ability to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes by understanding the broader business context and aligning analysis activities with organizational goals
