What you can expect

We’re seeking a Sr. PXBP to support senior leaders across our Online and Marketing teams. This role focuses on driving organizational and leadership effectiveness in a high-growth, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, knows when to introduce structure, and builds strong, trust-based relationships.

They will partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, coach leaders on talent management, guide organizational changes, resolve employee relations issues, and lead global HR initiatives. A focus on employee development and data-driven improvement is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with C-suite executives and their business units to ensure a deep understanding of business strategy

  • Coaching leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics

  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues and legal risk while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Providing guidance and assist in the implementation of business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling

  • Coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver effective ongoing feedback

  • Partnering with the Center of Excellence and Global PX partners to deliver PX programs to the business

What we’re looking for

  • Have 10 - 15 years of HR Business Partner experience, partnering directly with leaders within Engineering, Product, Online, and/or Marketing type functions

  • Have proven ability to establish relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization

  • Be able to demonstrate empathy and experience driving inclusion work

  • Be able to demonstrate project management and change management experience

  • Have demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and ability to cultivate relationships across teams

  • Have experience using data to identify insights that drive action

  • Possess consulting, coaching and facilitation skills; Possess the ability to handle ambiguity with ease

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$126 500,00

Maximum:

$276 700,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
