WHAT YOU’LL DO
Major duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate large-scale network engineering programs with a focus on Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
- Provide administrative oversight for Jira, ensuring proper configuration, access management, and security compliance.

Leverage proven expertise in the Jira program management platform and Agile methodologies to effectively support network engineering programs.
- Scope and define technical project requirements effectively
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track project progress and key performance indicators.
- Implement Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals align with business objectives and security requirements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for program management, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
- Utilize MSP technology for project tracking and execution.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL principles and security standards where applicable
WHO YOU ARE
To perform this role successfully, the Senior Program Manager must be able to satisfactorily perform each duty. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, education, and overall experience required for the role.
Key Qualifications
- PMP certification required; PgMP certification preferred.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale network engineering programs.
- Jira administrative experience required, including configuring workflows, permissions, and dashboards.
- Expertise in Jira/Scrum development.
- Have a demonstrated experience with the Jira program management platform and Agile program management methodology for network engineering programs
- Ability to effectively scope, define, and document technical project requirements
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology with SCRUM Master certification preferred.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Experience with MSP technology tools.
- ServiceNow experience preferred.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of projects
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of SDLC processes and security best practices.
WHERE YOU’LL WORK
- Productively work in a hybrid work environment which consists of 3 mandatory “all-in” days and 2 virtual days. Hybrid work environment is applied per position/department and may be subject to change per changes in the Policy.
- Business casual in office, and business professional in front of customers
- Requires limited nights and weekends
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Be able to sit for extended periods of time without any problems
- Consistent use of hands and fingers for typing
- Consistent use of eyes to analyze monitoring applications, spreadsheets, ticketing systems and web on computer screen
