As a Sr. Product Manager, Provider Workflows, you will partner directly with our clinical teams to improve the clinical quality and efficiency of our clinical workflows. You will own the user workflows within our in-house EHR and Pharmacy application (learn more at https://ro.co/os/) across practitioners, nurses, patient advocates and pharmacists. You will partner with clinical clinical strategy, practice management, quality and safety, care delivery operations, other platform teams and business verticals to drive down the cost of care while improving quality of care delivery. You will also support new patient offerings, product launches and capabilities by ensuring they are supported in Ro’s internal workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with clinical teams (strategy, practice management, quality and safety, operations), design, product, engineering and ops leadership to define the roadmap
  • Lead projects that drive down the cost of care while improving quality
  • Standardize and continuously improve, and automate workflows within care delivery
  • Support the new patient offerings in evolving workflows to support them
  • Develop solutions with a platform approach that will scale to new use cases over time
  • This role is a senior individual contributor (“IC”) role

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years of product experience and 7-9 years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience driving outcomes by identifying data-driven opportunities and executing
  • Experience and understanding of best practices to improve user workflows
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities with data and self-serve data inquiries with BI tools (Looker, Metabase)
  • Experience with SQL / relational databases is preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across a range of roles, including clinical, engineering, design, data, business, and operations stakeholders

The target base salary for this position ranges from $187,000 to $215,000, in addition to a competitive benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
