WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Tealium is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Demand Generation Manager to lead our Field Marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts across three North American territories. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of territory-specific marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and accelerate sales cycles. You will work closely with our Sales, Partner, and Marketing teams to build and execute comprehensive marketing plans that include account standups, territory plans, and regional events.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • ABM & Territory Planning:

    • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of the territory.

    • Collaborate with sales teams to create and maintain territory plans that align with business objectives and growth targets.

    • Support the development and execution of pod meetings and account standups to align marketing activities with sales priorities.

  • Event Planning & Execution:

    • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of regional events, including workshops, partner events, and other field marketing activities.

    • Work closely with partner teams to create joint event plans that drive co-marketing opportunities and expand reach within the territory.

    • Ensure events are aligned with overall ABM strategies and territory plans to maximize impact.

  • Sales Team Collaboration:

    • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for the territory’s sales teams, providing support and resources to drive pipeline growth and sales acceleration.

    • Work closely with sales to identify key accounts, develop tailored marketing initiatives, and track progress against goals.

    • Regularly communicate marketing plans, event details, and performance metrics to the sales team to ensure alignment and collaboration.

  • Data-Driven Marketing:

    • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs, optimizing for better performance and ROI.

    • Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and event ROI.

    • Continuously refine marketing strategies based on data insights and feedback from sales and partners.

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, ABM, or related roles within a SaaS environment.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).

  • Familiarity with ABM methodologies.

  • Strong understanding of the North American SaaS market and competitive landscape.

  • Proven experience working with partner teams to build and execute co-marketing plans.

  • Strong experience in planning and executing regional events, with a track record of driving successful outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with sales teams, with a deep understanding of the sales process and pipeline management.

  • Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to inform decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

WAGE TRANSPARENCY

In many U.S. states, employers are required to include a pay range for posted positions. Although this isn't a requirement in every state, communicating transparently is a cornerstone of our operations at Tealium, and we believe in making this information available to all applicants.

The U.S. pay range for this full-time position is listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for a robust benefits package that includes the following:

  • Employees are eligible to receive an annual bonus and stock options.

  • Employees and their families are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.

  • Employees have the option to enroll in our 401k plan and are eligible to receive contributions for company matching.

  • Employees are eligible for flexible paid time-off and extended paid parental leave.

  • We offer 11 paid holidays annually with an additional Healium Be-Well break for most employees.

  • We offer 15 hours of paid work time for volunteer activities and programs.

  • Our sick leave accrual is the following for our employees:

    • Exempt CA employees (not including San Francisco) including NY : accrue 40 hours each year. Unused sick leave carries over into the next year. Employees cannot exceed 80 hours in a given year.

    • Exempt Non - CA employees (not including NY) including SF: Accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Cannot exceed 180 hours in the calendar year.

    • Non-Exempt: accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Unused carries over to the next year. Not to exceed 108 hours in a calendar year.

Compensation Range- $115,000 - $145,000 USD Base
