Position Summary: The Health Care Specialist supports the management of the Medicaid School Health Services (SHS) program. Assist with Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) oversight; coordinate claim documentation, reports, and tracking; submit and validate cost reporting; ensure Local Services Plan compliance; and provide support training and resources as necessary for the evolution of the program. Collaborate with the state agencies, and the national organization to strategize in maximizing revenue.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in major pertinent to the position requirements (preferred)
Experience:
• Three (3) years of combined experience in special education, public health, and/or case
management
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
