The ideal Enterprise Solutions Engineer (SE) candidate must be a hungry self-starter with a proven track record in sales and knowledge of technology. Must be able to explain complex information and concepts in simple to understand and practical business context. The candidate will be organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally verbally as well as in written communication.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with the Enterprise Sales team to manage complex sales cycles and lead custom product demonstrations based on a solid understanding of the client’s business processes and workflows

  • Analyze and provide objective feedback for Account Executives if customers are compatible with the recommended product and/or features

  • Reposition customer objections by providing creative workflow solutions based upon a deep knowledge of ServiceTitan’s software and the advantages of our product versus the competition

  • Create clear documentation and approach for delivery to the implementation team

  • Maintain and update industry-specific scripts for the internal team to use during demos

  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share consumer insights

  • Document product gap data and share with key stakeholders in R&D

  • Be the subject matter expert on any product updates and/or releases to address any potential implications for business owners

What you'll bring:

  • 4-6 years experience in a Sales or Solutions Engineer Role

  • Proven track record of success at previous companies

  • Experience and familiarity with our products and line of business a plus

  • Solid knowledge of Accounting a plus

  • Comfort with APIs / Integrations a plus

  • Natural ability to think and act proactively to address roadblocks and issues

  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with a group of people

  • A desire to constantly learn and apply these learnings into your day to day

  • Required Travel Expectation: 30-50%

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $119,700 USD - $136,300 USD + commissions. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
