Overview

Responsible for ensuring assigned, low to moderately complex, pipeline services projects are managed in a highly professional and customer-focused way in compliance with customer requirements and T.D. Williamson (TDW) standards, from first client inquiry until successful job completion; including scope, estimate, quote, field execution, invoice, and project close-out.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to meet customer needs.
  • Perform routine basic project management tasks in accordance with established criteria and procedures.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within deadlines and budget and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor, participate, and communicate in overall project background, objectives, scope of work and deliverables.
  • Attend site visits as necessary.
  • Become familiar with TDW services pipeline scope of work and footprint to gain an understanding of customer needs.
  • Execute project tasks as required.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Experience

  • High School Diploma and five (5) to seven (7) years of technical experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other related field preferred.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of project management experience preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of pipeline operations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including working knowledge of project management package software.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and techniques to handle project changes and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent commercial and sales skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to work in a team on fast moving projects.
  • Ability to make decisions affecting the overall execution of a services project.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and multi-task.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to speak English required.
  • Ability to speak French, Norwegian, Welsh, Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, or Arabic required by location.
