Senior Systems Analyst
Assist in designing and developing scalable and efficient software processes and tools that support all aspects of FCB’s Banking and Wealth technologies. Work closely with multifunctional teams across the organization to gather requirements, define solutions, implement new tools and processes, and provide ongoing support to these teams. Configure systems and develop expertise in system functionality and design. Convert application designs into data model and interface and data mapping specifications. Analyze business requirements and produce System Requirements documentation for any changes. Perform system analysis on FCB’s Banking and Wealth functionalities. Serve as the liaison between technology and business end users. Understand client needs and problems, recommend improvements, and understand points of interaction/interfaces and impact on other systems across the enterprise. Analyze and translate complex requirements into functional system designs. Develop installation instructions for maintenance/patches and software upgrades. Manage and provide support for system production issues, change requests, and maintenance. Lead resources to drive the analysis and solutions. Manage end-to-end small enhancements and changes to systems. Grow knowledge of supported technology areas to have a clear understanding of current and future technology requirements of the business. Advance knowledge and analytical skills of systems integration through web services, ETL, etc. Streamline complex requirements to simplify functional system design. Facilitate and participate in design white-boarding sessions to ensure prioritized business needs are met within FCB standards. Prepare and present subject matter knowledge, analysis, options, and solutions in both written and presentations to internal and external audiences. May work remotely pursuant to First Citizens’ Remote Work Guidelines policy.
Qualifications
Position requires a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, or related field plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of experience as a Senior IT Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Engineer, Systems Analyst, or related occupation.

Requires experience with data analysis tools. Requires experience with system integration and analysis. Requires experience with Visio. Requires experience with Jira and Confluence. Requires experience with Wealth Portfolio Management Solutions. Experience may be gained prior to or concurrent with graduate degree. This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
The base pay for this position is generally between $154,877 to $169,236. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
