Pluralsight is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team! This individual will help deliver enterprise level projects and features to our global user base. What you’ll do:
Development of high-quality, enterprise grade Salesforce features for CIO prioritized projects using a combination of your declarative and programmatic abilities
Work with the team to find opportunities for improvement such as reducing technical debt and adhering to Salesforce standard methodologies.
Collaboration with parallel development teams, product teams and contractors in coordinated development and communication efforts
Support junior team members to grow with us as the next generation of Salesforce professionals
Experience you’ll bring:
Extensive experience with Salesforce developing and administering Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or CPQ
Experience working in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce DX, version control and code editors such as Visual Studio Code
Experience working with declarative features of the Platform such as custom objects, fields, buttons, links, actions and automation tools such as validation rules, workflows, approval processes, Flow, and Process Builder.
Understanding of object-oriented languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, Ruby, version control and relational databases
Experience working on a Scrum Team
Requirements:
Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
Salesforce DevOps tooling is a plus
Certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II. CPQ Specialist Desirable
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $142,200- $175,600 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
