About the Role
We’re looking for a Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager, Partner.
This is a full-time position based out of our Denver/ Oakland office and is also open to remote for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive partner enablement programs, including onboarding, product training, sales methodology, and competitive positioning.
- Create and deliver engaging sales enablement content for partners, such as presentations, product demos, sales playbooks, and training materials - this includes training for sellers (AEs) as well as working with our PSEs for technical sales (SEs).
- Maintain robust partner enablement (both JIT on portal and on our LMS) to facilitate self-paced learning and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct or facilitate Partner onboarding and training, live in person, by webinar, or creation of on-demand content as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with FPO team counterparts and partner organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and resource.
- Collaborate closely with sales, partner, product and marketing teams to develop and execute integrated enablement plans.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Fivetran product offerings.
- Act as the partner SME to the Enablement team to represent the needs and pov of partners, then in return act as the Enablement team SME to the FPO.
Skills We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field within an Enterprise focused B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful partner sales enablement programs that demonstrably improve sales performance.
- Strong understanding of the partner sales lifecycle, including acquisition, renewals, and customer success management (CSM).
- Ability to create and deliver content that speaks to the partner motions – to, with, and through partner – as well as partner business models (resell and influence).
- Experience with data analysis and applying insights to inform enablement strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Global mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse working styles and cultural nuances.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
