You will drive quality, efficiency and velocity for all of Atlassian through the expansion and adoption of our global programs related to Talent Acquisition. As a Senior Program Manager, you will boost the effectiveness of our Talent Acquisition Enablement team by guiding the safe, orderly, and swift flow of programs within our TA Strategic Programs Team.

  • Lead programs across Talent Acquisition Enablement, to influence the success of our Talent Acquisition goals and priorities (focusing on improving and enhancing Atlassian’s ability to hire top talent and meet business critical goals)

  • Drive and own roadmap strategy and timelines for specific projects / programs within the TA Strategic Programs Team

  • Build relationships with and influence cross-functional partners and stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, internal stakeholders (business), HRBPs, Talent, People Technology, Talent Brand and Data Insights in order to deliver our roadmap and programs of work

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings amongst internal stakeholders to drive consensus and decisions in order to advance program goals

  • Create compelling presentations and reports driven by data and effective storytelling that enable stakeholders to make educated and informed decisions

  • Work to develop strategic roadmaps and define milestones for our Talent Acquisition Enablement team

  • Communicate across teams, functions and programs - ensuring broad understanding of status, risks, dependencies, and insights

  • Work in a remote environment, interfacing and supporting Atlassian teams across the globe

Your background

  • Program Management, Project Management, People/TA Programs, or related experience

  • Experience working with large-scale, sophisticated change and transformations, including knowledge of change management best practices

  • Successful track record in building, implementing, and delivering key people programs and showing direct, positive linkages to the achievement of business strategy or OKRs

  • Experience in project management and delivering high quality presentations, communications, and artifacts to a wide variety of stakeholder audiences

  • High levels of resourcefulness, influence, organizational savviness, execution skills (strategy through implementation)

  • Formal training in Agile methodology is beneficial


Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $134,600 - $179,500

Zone B: $121,200 - $161,600

Zone C: $111,800 - $149,000

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
