For more information, visit www.employinc.com. ​ About this Role: As the driving force behind our customer offering management strategy and execution, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our 23k customers’ success. You’ll collaborate with partners in Customer Success, Product Support, Professional Services, Renewals Management, Revenue Operations, Customer Marketing and Product Management to design the methodologies and sellable offerings our customer-facing teams will use to help our customers adopt and realize value with their Employ products. By designing our talent acquisition maturity matrix, you’ll identify, develop and launch a variety of engagements that help customers maximize their product investments. In this new position you’ll be reporting to the VP, Customer Operations and will be an integral member of the Customer division.
What You’ll Do:
  • Talent Acquisition Maturity Model Leadership:
Develop and evolve a comprehensive talent acquisition maturity model that guides customer growth to Employ’s products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate maturity model into their customer engagements throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Premium Offering Design and Management:
Own the discovery, development, pricing, and lifecycle management of premium, sellable services Design offerings that help customers grow to next phases in the maturity model Work cross-functionally to design offerings, and ensure they drive measurable outcomes, increase product adoption, and deliver ROI to customers
  • Engagement Methodologies:
Design tools and templates for customer facing roles to leverage that help customers mature their talent acquisition practices Ensure workshops provide immediate value while positioning customers for long-term premium service opportunities
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
Define the go-to-market strategy for premium offerings, working closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure clear positioning and value propositions for the target buyer Partner with internal teams to create training programs and resources that support customer facing roles in selling the value of premium services
  • Customer Outcomes & Feedback Loop:
Set clear metrics to measure the success of premium services and workshops, ensuring high-impact outcomes for customers. Use feedback and data to continuously improve the maturity model and service offerings. Explore the application of AI in offering management to increase program performance and scalability
  • Cross-Functional Operationalization:
Work with Operations, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Marketing, and Sales to design, implement and launch new offerings What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience developing and implementing successful premium sellable offerings
  • Exceptional analytical skills that help diagnose challenges and identify systematic solutions
  • Proven ability to build new processes and operating models from scratch in complex environments
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution
