About this Role: As the driving force behind our customer offering management strategy and execution, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our 23k customers’ success. You’ll collaborate with partners in Customer Success, Product Support, Professional Services, Renewals Management, Revenue Operations, Customer Marketing and Product Management to design the methodologies and sellable offerings our customer-facing teams will use to help our customers adopt and realize value with their Employ products. By designing our talent acquisition maturity matrix, you’ll identify, develop and launch a variety of engagements that help customers maximize their product investments. In this new position you’ll be reporting to the VP, Customer Operations and will be an integral member of the Customer division.What You’ll Do:
