Do you challenge the status quo? Are you looking for new ways to grow and implement the established network strategy for access and discounts to expand Guardian’s dental networks and its subsidiaries? In the role of Senior Dental Network Recruiter, you will be a part of a team that actively recruits and contracts dentists for Guardian’s dental networks to ensure the continued growth of Guardian’s dental products through the strength of its networks and service offering. Increase the number of dentists in the networks to improve the gross adds, competitive rank, and overall value that Guardian Dental can add to existing and prospective clients/constituents.

You are

  • An experienced dental industry professional.
  • A self-starter who is motivated by collaboration.
  • Able to analyze situations and strategize, as well as provide subject matter expertise, analysis, and action.
  • Proficient in balancing multiple tasks, responding to shifting priorities to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Able to work effectively in both a team environment and independently to achieve individual and team goals.

You have

  • 5+ years in provider relations, dental recruitment, or other dental industry experience.
  • The ability to analyze and strategize recruitment opportunities.
  • Proven negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to accelerate impact and lead change.
  • Time management skills.

You will

  • Manage PPO and DHMO recruitment efforts within your assigned territory as well as assist in network retention.
  • Work to improve Guardian’s effective discount by using market data to negotiate fee schedules and increasing utilization.
  • Speak to dentists/decision makers on the value of network participation to encourage them to make well informed decisions.
  • Influence key stakeholders and overcome their objections.
  • Work to ensure applications submitted for participation are complete in order to be processed in a timely fashion.
  • Log activities in Salesforce and use Microsoft Office products and other internal systems.
  • Interact effectively with other recruiters, provider relations representatives, the DSO support team, network business analysts, and other internal partners to achieve objectives.

Location

  • This is a remote opportunity for an individual who lives in Mississippi, Louisiana, or Alabama with up to 20% travel required.

Salary Range

$66,130.00 - $108,640.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
