The Cybersecurity Implementation Manager will serve as an extension of the cybersecurity teams, focused on the deployment and integration of top security initiatives. They have background in cybersecurity and will manage key stakeholder relationships and work cross-functionally with various cybersecurity teams to ensure that security measures are effectively implemented and maintained. This role will be highly visible within the organization and will play a critical part in delivering our top priority initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cybersecurity initiatives from initiation to completion, serving as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to allocate resources and ensure timely initiative execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for necessary communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues. Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
  • Monitor related financials and oversee resources to achieve initiative goals.
  • Monitor & evaluate program performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
  • Take a big picture view of strategic objectives across the cybersecurity program ecosystem to ensure we prioritize the most impactful activities.
  • Communicate clearly about program initiatives, performance metrics, and tactical updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the delivery experience.
  • Recommend improvements to existing implementation practices and tools based on industry developments.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in delivery within a technology context
  • 3+ years of experience with project methodologies and tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing cybersecurity or IT initiatives.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex deliverables and to drive results.
  • Project management certification or Cybersecurity such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA) a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
