Position Summary
As a Senior Analyst, Data Governance Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving our data governance initiatives forward. Leveraging your excellent communication skills, you will lead meaningful conversations, host trainings, and foster relationships with various teams across the organization. This role offers the chance to work closely with a diverse set of stakeholders, influencing the way data is viewed, managed, and leveraged across the organization. Responsibilities:
Engage with stakeholders across different functions to understand and address data-related needs and challenges.
Serve as a key point of contact for data stewards and owners across different domains, assisting with onboarding, addressing queries, and ensuring they have the resources and support needed to effectively manage their domains.
Develop and nurture relationships with various teams, positioning the data governance unit as a reliable partner in all data matters.
Assist in the development and updating of training content and materials; host and facilitate training sessions to enhance the organization's understanding and implementation of data governance practices.
Support ongoing data governance projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Assist in maintaining governance documentation, ensuring all processes, policies, and standards are up-to-date and easily accessible for internal teams.
Address data governance related issues, escalating where necessary and ensuring timely resolution.
Support the collection and reporting of data governance metrics, helping to showcase the progress and impact of governance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Minimum one year of experience supporting data governance operations, data policy, data management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to facilitate meetings and training sessions effectively.
Knowledge of data governance best practices and principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and a keen ability to build and nurture relationships.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$79,310.00 - $158,620.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
