About the role

The role of the Sales Associate is to create new business opportunities through inbound / outbound phone calls and contacting and developing relationships with potential Brokerage, Teams and Agent Customers. This position will focus on achieving a quota and metrics for both dotloop and ShowingTime+ product lines.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with internal phone systems, CRM and marketing platforms. The role requires a growth mindset, high-level work ethic, strong communication skills and the desire to develop as a future sales professional. You are extremely motivated and enjoy working in a team environment.

This person should expect to:

  • Field incoming leads, qualify both dotloop and ShowingTime leads

  • Present and close sales for ShowingTime and dotloop systems

  • Self-manage and execute outbound call campaigns to targeted prospects in order to build pipeline

  • Demonstrate a love of the phone with ability to answer sales phones in an energetic, helpful and knowledgeable manner

  • Interacting and managing communication with potential clients that have initiated contact through various methods including inbound phone calls, emails and social media

  • Assist sales team in lead generation transition via the answering of inbound calls

  • Demonstrate your skills interacting with our customers who are real estate agents, owners of real estate companies, office managers and admin staff

  • Connect with senior leadership on any roadblocks preventing acquisition efforts

  • Assist marketing/sales with conversion metrics on various lead generation inputs

  • Provide additional resources to customers to increase retainment

  • Quickly and accurately perform data entry and clean-up in Salesforce.com

  • Attend industry events, conduct customer visits, conduct seminars, trade shows, etc.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $19.60 - $31.40 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • Prior software sales experience with demonstrated success and positive references

  • Comfortable prospecting by phone and managing a sales pipeline using Salesforce.com

  • Enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and a sense of humor

  • An experienced Real Estate or technology sales or similar inside sales experience selling intangible products or services is preferred

  • A professional presenter who articulates and engages via phone, webinar and in person

Qualifications

  • Completed four-year bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Be articulate, and demonstrate flawless follow-up

  • Be extremely technology savvy with experience in Salesforce.com and SalesLoft or equivalent

  • Have strong attention to detail and critical thinking

  • Able to self-manage their daily activities to achieve a sales quota each month

  • Helpful working with customers to solve problems
