**Position Overview:** We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our energetic team. This role involves collaborating closely with our COO and sales team to create and implement digital and traditional marketing strategies. You'll be involved in social media management, SEO campaigns, market research, data analysis, and event coordination. Our team thrives in a fast-paced environment, and we’re seeking a candidate who can pivot quickly and embrace challenges.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with the COO to execute and manage marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Engage with our audience on social media platforms by posting content and responding to inquiries; proficiency in major social media platforms is essential.
- Conduct market research and data mining to identify prospects in targeted regions and vertical markets.
- Analyze and segment data using Excel for effective strategy implementation.
- Manage sales department schedules, appointments, and events through CRM software (previous experience with CRM platforms is a significant advantage).
- Provide limited customer support and engage with prospects over the phone.
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, golf tournaments, and regional meetings, including some light regional travel a couple of times a year for 1-2 nights.

- Multi-tasker savant with an inordinate amount of organizational skills
- High-energy, self-motivated individual with a proactive work ethic.
- Tech-savvy with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Expertise in social media with proficiency across various platforms.
- Experience in digital marketing, online advertising, and SEO strategies.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong market research skills to discover trends and new opportunities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new software platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality; strong phone communication is a must.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment with a positive, can-do attitude.

**Salary and Benefits:**

- **Salary:** $44,000 - $51,000, negotiable based on experience.
- **Benefits:** Full benefits package, including paid time off (PTO), 401(k) with matching contributions.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
