Summary
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys solving operational challenges. You take pride in managing complex processes, communicating clearly across teams, and driving results through persistence and organization. You’re excited by the opportunity to work autonomously while contributing to a mission-driven company that values transparency and trust in the auto repair industry.
At RepairPal, we’re on a mission to bring trust and transparency to auto repair. We connect millions of consumers with certified, trustworthy mechanics across the U.S. Our partners—like USAA, CarMax, and Endurance Vehicle Services—rely on us to guide their customers to high-quality repairs at fair prices. In 2024, Repairpal was acquired by Yelp, expanding our reach and impact while staying true to our values.
We’re a collaborative, data-driven team that values ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be a key player in helping us maintain strong financial operations, deliver value to our shop partners, and support our broader mission. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure our systems, processes, and reporting are accurate, efficient, and scalable.
We’d love to have you apply, even if you don’t feel you meet every single requirement in this posting. At Yelp, we’re looking for great people, not just those who simply check off all the boxes. This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.
