PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCT
IONS
The Research, Analytics, and Data (RAD) team within our integrated strategies group is currently seeking an analyst with experience and/or interest in the future of work, economic development, and talent development to serve as a Research Analyst. The Research Analyst will be a self-starter, critical-thinker and enjoys taking complicated problems and distilling them into simple frameworks. The Research Analyst works across multiple teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and opportunities for growth, visualizes data, and disseminates insights to leadership and peers to foster a data-driven culture. This role reports to the head of the RAD team, and the ideal candidate will excel in a highly dynamic behind-the-scenes environ
ment.
