Grade: Hourly 18 | H-18

Position Summary: The Registered Dietitian helps to provide a nutritionally sound and cost-efficient food services program that will meet the needs of students while maintaining compliance with all local guidelines as they relate to nutrition regulations. Utilizes technical training and government-mandated nutritional standards on food health to develop healthy menu implementation plans. May work closely with the Food & Beverage Development and management teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred
Experience:
• One (1) year experience in K12 or higher education food service
• Previous experience with food production systems and nutrition analysis software
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
• Food safety knowledge with ServSafe certification and food allergy knowledge with AllerTrain certification; must be obtained within 6 weeks of hire date
• Possess or ability to obtain Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential with the Commission of Dietetic Registration
• Possess or ability to obtain an Oklahoma Food Handler’s permit
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
