HoganTaylor Talent (HTT) is a division of HoganTaylor, a top-100 accounting and financial advisory firm that helps clients with their most important asset—their people. HTT provides Talent services to non-profits, startups, private, and public companies in need of Talent Strategy, Development, Operations, or Acquisition Support.

As a Recruiting Coordinator at HoganTaylor Talent (HTT), you’ll play a key role in the execution of talent searches for our clients. Serving as the air traffic controller for candidate and client engagements, you will ensure all parties involved have a premium experience. Specific areas of responsibility include:

  • Ensure the candidate and client experience align with HTT’s brand promise
  • Schedule candidate interviews (phone, video, and in person) with the HTT team and with HTT clients
  • Manage candidate travel and expense reimbursement
  • Partner with the HTT team to ensure high quality recruiting data and reporting across the firm
  • Ensure all talent profiles and contact info are fully captured and updated within HTT’s contact relationship management (CRM) platform
  • Support the client update process including agenda development, project reports, and meeting scheduling
  • Partner closely with HTT’s executive engagement admin on firm-wide projects and/or initiatives as time allows
  • Engage in ad hoc market research and other initiatives as needed
  • Provide scheduling and calendar management support for HoganTaylor Talent Principals as needed

Your previous experience, skills, and qualifications should include:

  • Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator or executive administrator
  • Success managing simultaneous projects in a dynamic, entrepreneurial business
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Strong organizational skills to deliver efficient and effective scheduling management
  • Understanding of modern recruiting tools including CRMs, databases, e-mail campaign platforms, and assessment solutions
  • Fluency in contemporary productivity solutions including the Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Slack, Teams, Asana, and Zoom
  • Demonstrably high attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presentation skills with a strong phone and video presence
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
