Job Description

The Revenue Recruiter is focused on executing a recruiting strategy that builds a diverse, top-tier talent pool of candidates. This senior level recruiting role emphasizes cold calling, sourcing, and relationship building to minimize time-to-fill and maximize service levels for hiring managers. The ideal candidate takes initiative and makes strategic decisions to ensure the success of full-cycle recruitment efforts.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will complete the full cycle recruitment process including the development and execution of searches for defined divisions and/or projects. You will identify, source and interview qualified candidates for available positions.
  • You will help drive business by developing candidate pipelines and actively sourcing passive candidates using recruitment technologies and web tools, networking and cold calling.
  • You will serve as an advisor by partnering with hiring managers and HR team to develop proactive recruitment strategies and define requirements and expectations. You will provide regular progress updates and strategic consultation, drives recruitment progression, assists in negotiation and closing of candidates, and ensures candidate decisions are made in a timely manner. You will solicit feedback on candidates and refines recruiting strategy as needed.
  • You will participate in social media attraction and employment branding activities and implement new recruitment technology and recruiting resources.
  • You will update CRM and ATS daily with candidate information documenting interview findings and indicating status of candidates and hires.
  • You will ensure hiring guidelines are met and salary and offer packages are in compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience direct hire recruiting in a corporate or agency environment or equivalent education and experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of screening and interviewing techniques for professional and managerial level candidates
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing, recruitment and selection techniques on a local and national level
  • In-depth knowledge of behavioral interviewing skills and competency based selection
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant governmental/regulatory requirements (EEO, ADA, etc.) and diversity and inclusion recruiting practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent technical skills including knowledge of recruitment technology, Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to organize multiple activities which require close attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret company policies, procedures and practices
  • Ability to work independently to achieve goals
